Anonymus 349 was a basilikos spatharios and ek prosopou; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century; most of the letters of his name are missing: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 7, 485. The text reads: ...ῳ βασιλικῷ [σ]παθα[ρί]ῳ καὶ ἐκ [πρ]οσώ[που].
