Anonymus 334 was a patrikios; owner of several seals dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 579. Obv.: circular inscription reading + Κ[υριο]ς φωτισμος μου και σοτηρ μου, with a cruciform monogram of uncertain interpretation in the centre, containing the letters Α, Ζ, Δ and Ρ. Rev.: circular inscription reading + Κ[υριο]ς υπερασπιστης της ζωης μου, with a cruciform monogram of πατρικιου in the centre. Zacos and Veglery publish two seals with identical texts and refer to three more similar ones in their collection. Another similar seal is published in Konstantopoulos, JIAN 8, 905 (and there dated to the ninth or tenth century) (see note to Zacos and Veglery 579). The interpretation of the name is not clear, but it seems unlikely to be a Greek name. He is entered in PmbZ I under the name Azdras (PmbZ I 708).
