Anonymus 318 was one of the attendants at the court of the Lombard king Liutprand 1 ( unus ex eius comitibus ); while they were out hunting in the wood called Urbs (near Ticinum) he inadvertently hit with an arrow and fatally wounded the king's nephew Aufusus 1: Paul. Diac., Hist. Lang. VI 58.
