A eunuch and a koubikoularios at Constantinople, Anonymus 250 threatened the nun Anna 6 with torture if she did not accuse Stephen the Younger (Stephanos 2) of misconduct, but promised her a life of comfort in the entourage of the empress if she did: Vita Steph. The date was after the Council of Hieria (in 754) but before the exile of Stephanos 2 (in c. 762).
