Anonymus 141 s name ended with the letters κιος. Schlumberger restored Staurakios, but Maurikios or Isaakios, for instance, would also fit. Basilikos spatharios and tourmarches of Bizye; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 159, no. 1 = Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 31. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - κιω β' σπ. - θαριω και τ - ουρμαρχ' Β. - ζυης. The name and titles read: .....κίῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ τουρμάρχῃ Βιζύης. When Konstantopoulos saw the seal, only the Β of Βιζύης was visible.
