Anonymus 123 was a protospatharios and strategos; owner of a seal dateable to the iconoclast period (VIII/M IX): Ebersolt, Sceaux byzantins , p. 404, no. 540. Obv.: cruciform invocative monogram in the name of the Virgin. The reverse has the titles: ... πρωτοσπαθάριος and στρατηγός.
