Anonymus 118 was a basilikos protospatharios and strategos of the Thrakesioi; owner of a seal dateable to the iconoclast period (VIII/M IX): Ebersolt, Sceaux byzantins , p. 402, no. 531. Obv.: cruciform invocative monogram in the name of the Virgin. The reverse has the titles: ... βασιλικὸς πρωτοσπαθάριος and στρατηγὸς τῶν Θρᾳκησίων. Cf. also Anonymus 342.
