Anonymus 97 was an apo hypaton and patrikios; owner of a seal dateable to the iconoclast period (VIII/M IX): Ebersolt, Sceaux Byzantins , p. 222, no. 296 bis. Obv.: monogram (not interpreted or described) with an invocative formula in the name of Christ. On the reverse are the titles: ἀπὸ ὑπάτων and πατρίκιος. The name is presumably concealed in the monogram.
