Anonymus 94 was a basilikos spatharios and archon of Crete; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century; his name is lost but ended in the dative with the letters ...τη: DOSeals II 36.2 = Zacos and Veglery 2645 = Tsougarakis, SBS 2, p. 146, no. 16. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου -λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - .τη β' σπ - αθ' και αρχ - οντ' Κρι - της. The text on the reverse reads: ..... - .τῃ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἄρχοντι Κρήτης. The name may have been Leo; see Nesbitt and Oikonomides, DO Seals, ad loc..
