Anonymus 89 was a spatharokandidatos and kommerkiarios of Debelton; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century; his name seems to have contained the letter η: DOSeals I 76.2. Obv.: Κ[ύρι]ε βοήθη with τ. - .. - .. - .. in the corners. Rev.: .η. [σπ]αθ' καν... και κομ....αρ' Δ.βελτο.. The name and titles read: .η. [σπ]αθ[αρο]καν[διδάτῳ] καὶ κομ[μερκι]αρ[ίῳ] Δ[ε]βελτο[ῦ].
