Anonymus 85 was archbishop of Thessalonike; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals I 18.90 = Laurent, Corpus V 3, 1726 = Zacos and Veglery 1677. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Ἁγία Τριὰς βοήθει. Rev.: ἀρχιεπισκόπου Θεσσαλονίκης. The name was perhaps in the four quarters of the obverse, but no letters now remain.
