Anonymus 10 was the bishop of Gotthia; an iconoclast, he attended the iconoclast council held at Hieria under Constantine V (Konstantinos 7) in 754 and subscribed its acta; he was then made metropolitan bishop of Herakleia in Thrace by the emperor (Konstantinos 7), leaving a vacancy in the see of Gotthia which was filled by John of Gotthia (Ioannes 6): Vita Ioannis Gotthiae, p.190.
