Anonymi 9 were the children of Anonyma 32 and Anonymus 254; still infants, after their father's death they one night in a frenzy devoured their mother's breasts so that she died and then they died also: Vita Steph. Iun. 175. 10-13 (1184A-B). Anonymi 9 lived at Nikomedeia and were born not long after the death of Stephanos 2 (Stephen the Younger) (in 764, 765 or 767).
