Anonyma 68 was a spatharia, the wife of Staurakios 26 and mother of Soterichos 9; in 806/807 Theodore the Stoudite (Theodoros 15) wrote a letter of condolence to her husband on the death of Soterichos 9, their first born son; she is referred to as τῆς κυρίας τῆς σπαθαρέας (Ep. 18, p. 51, line 62): Theod. Stud., Ep. 18, pp. 49-51. She was the child of either a patrikios or a protospatharios; see Soterichos 9.
