Andreas 64 was consul and dux; he is recorded in a document dated in October of indiction 3 at Caieta in the regnal years 19 and 9 of the emperor Theophilos 5 (a. 839); Konstantinos 325 swore an oath by God, the apostolic see, the salvation of the emperor Theophilos 5, the salvation of Konstantinos 324 and of Andreas 64 ("salutem domini Andree eminentissimi consuli et duci nostro"): Capasso, Monumenta I, pp. 263-264 (= Codex diplomaticus Cajetanus I, no. V, p. 10). He was apparently a dux at Caieta in 839.
