Andreas 62 was a hypatos and strategos (probably of Sicily); owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: CIG IV 8998, cf. Cosentino I 152. The name and titles read: Ἀνδρέου ὑπάτῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ ἀμήν (sic). The seal is at Syracuse.
