Andreas 47 was dioiketes of Chaldia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1713. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - ς. - δου - λ. in the corners. Rev.: .νδρεα - ..οικητη - .αλδηας. The name and title read: Ἀνδρέᾳ διοικητῇ Χαλδίας.
