Andreas 30 was basilikos kandidatos and tourmarches of the Kibyrrhaiotai; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals II 59.32 = Zacos and Veglery 1710. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Ανδρ' - β' κανδδ' και - τορμαρ' Κυ - .εριωτω. The reading of Zacos and Veglery differs slightly from that of the editors of DOSeals. The name and titles read: Ἀνδρ(έᾳ) β(ασιλικῷ) κανδ(ι)δ(άτῳ) καὶ το[υ]ρμάρ(χῃ) Κυ[β]εριώτω(ν).
