Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .ναστα - σιω β' σπαθ - . επι του μα - ..αβιου. The name and titles read: Ἀναστασίῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ μαγγλαβίου.
