Anastasios 13 was bishop of Jerusalem (692-705); in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 145, no. 6 (= Mansi XI 988): Ἀναστάσιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος Ἱεροσολύμων.
