Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with .. - σω - .ου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ... - Αμαμιω - α' νοταρ' Μ. - .εδονι... The name and title read: Ἀμαμίῳ πρωτονοταρίῳ Μακεδονίας.
