Alexandros 3 was bishop of Homonada in Lycaonia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 166, no. 196 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Ἀλέξανδρος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ὁμανάδων τῆς Λυκαόνων ἐπαρχίας).
