Agnellos 4 was bishop of Neapolis (Naples) in Campania; he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger, p. 140, line 32 (= Mansi XI 300) (Ἀγνέλλος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐν Νεαπόλει ἐκκλησίας ἐπαρχίας Καμπανίας).
