Agapetos 2 was basilikos spatharios; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1692. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Αγαπ. - τω β' σπαθ - αρηω. The name and titles read: Ἀγαπητῷ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.
