Agallianos 6 was a monk; owner of two seals dateable either to the interval between the two phases of iconoclasm (787/815, so Zacos and Veglery) or to the second half of the ninth century (so Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 1325a and b = Laurent, Corpus V 3, 1962. Obv.: bust of the Virgin, with the Child before her, and a cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Κε βο - ηθ' αγαλι - ανω μο - ναχω. The reverse reads: Κύριε βοήθει Ἀγαλλιανῷ μοναχῷ. Zacos and Veglery record two other identical seals.
