Sissinios 75 was dioiketes of Hypaipa; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century (DOSeals) or between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth (Zacos and Veglery): DOSeals III 16.1 = Zacos and Veglery 2365. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Σισιν - νιω διοι - κητη Υπε - πων. The name and title read: Σισιννίῳ διοικητῇ Ὑπαίπων.
