Sissinios 74 was patrikios and strategos; owner of a seal dateable to the late eighth century or the early ninth: Zacos and Veglery 2374. The name and titles read: Σισιννίῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ. For a similar seal Zacos and Veglery ad loc. refer to Laurent, Vat. 146 (see Sisinnios 78).
