Sissinios 46 was patrikios and strategos, possibly of Lykandos; owner of a seal dateable, if the reading of Konstantopoulos is correct (see below), not before the early tenth century; if the suggested correction by Seibt is correct, the date may be ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 154a. The name and titles as read by Konstantopoulos are: Σισιννίῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Λ[υκ]ανδ[οῦ]...; in a communication cited by Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, pp. 90-91, Seibt reads at the end the words ἀπὸ ἄνδρος ἀδίκου for Λυκανδοῦ.
