Sissinios 28 was patrikios and strategos of the Armeniakoi; owner of a seal dateable to the iconoclast period (VIII/M IX): Ebersolt, Sceaux byzantins, p. 401, no. 525. Obv.: cruciform monogram in the name of the Virgin. Rev.: Σισίννιος πατρίκιος and στρατηγὸς τῶν Ἀρμενιακῶν.

Probably identical with Sisinnios, patrikios and strategos of the Armeniakoi, who owned a similar seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2375. The name and titles read: Σισιννίῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀρμενιακῶν.
