sissinios 14 was bishop of Manopolis (possibly Mallos) in Pisidia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 167, no. 201 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Σισίννιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Μανοπόλεως τῆς Πισίδων ἐπαρχίας). On the bishopric, whose identity is uncertain, see Ramsay, Historical Geography, table facing p. 388 and Ohme, Bishofsliste, pp.167 and 303. Identification with Tymanndos is excluded because at this date the see was occupied by Konstantinos 274.
