Arsabe 19 was a basilikos spatharios and protonotarios of the dromos; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1739B. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Αρσα - βιρ β' σπαθ' - και α' νοταρ τ - ου δρομ. The betas are in the shape of a Latin capital R, indicating a date not before the early to mid ninth century. The name and titles read: Ἀρσαβὶρ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τοῦ δρόμου. His name indicates an Armenian origin.
